Terms of Service

Welcome to Result Radio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at resultradiopod.sbs and the podcast services provided by Result Radio ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Result Radio provides professional podcast production, editing, mixing, and distribution services. Specific details of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing all necessary content (audio, scripts, music, etc.) in a timely manner.
- You must ensure that all content provided for your podcast project adheres to copyright laws and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- You agree to review and approve all drafts and final deliverables promptly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing, and payment schedules, will be specified in the service agreement. All payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, all rights, title, and interest in the final podcast episodes produced by Result Radio for you will transfer to you. Result Radio retains the right to use excerpts of your podcast for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project, including but not limited to unreleased content, business strategies, and personal data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Result Radio will perform services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period. Specific termination clauses will be detailed in the service agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
